Returns

Item may be returned for a refund of purchase price minus shipping and handling if returned within 20 days of purchase. Returned item must be in new and salable condition, in the original packaging and customer is responsible for return shipping. If item is not in new and resalable condition, as determined by ewatchbox.com, there will be a 15% restocking fee or a store credit of original purchase price. An RMA# must be assigned by ewatchbox.com prior to returning the item. Also please keep a track number for your use and ours. No return will be allowed without an RMA#. If an item is defective, ewatchbox.com will replace it with a new item after the item is returned to ewatchbox.com, and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping and insurance to insure the item is returned safely. An RMA# is also required for returning any defective merchandise and will be inspected upon arrival. Please allow up to 10 business days to process returns.
